When worn on a daily basis, stones and fine metal will require regular upkeep. Prongs can bend, shanks can break, stones can become loose, and finger sizes can change -- we understand! We stand behind our products and work with our customers to ensure they are able to comfortably and safely wear their fine jewelry again. However, loss of a piece, major stone damage, and major metal damage are not covered by our store. We will try our best to help our customers in these situations.

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase or delivery.

Customers are responsible for any fees involved in shipping returns to and from our store.
Due to the unique nature of custom rings, we cannot offer a return or exchange on these items. Custom pieces are tailored to an individual customers style and cannot be reused or resold.
Stones: We can tighten loose stones and replace missing accent stones (under 2mm) for free within the first year of ownership for any ring purchased from us.
Metal: We include regular prong checks, band straightening, and band breakage within the first year of ownership. We recommend having the prongs on the center stone checked every six months at the least -- we offer this service free to everyone at any time in-store. We cannot guarantee a replacement center stone if lost due to worn or broken prongs. It is the customer's responsibility to periodically check their ring for wear or loose stones and bring it in to be repaired.
Resizing: We offer one free resize on any ring purchased from us. But please keep in mind, some rings cannot be resized. Visit your local jeweler to find your ring size. We can only guarantee the fit on rings sized within our store and cannot guarantee the fit on sizes from another jeweler.
All warranties are void if the piece was taken to another jeweler for any repair. We cannot guarantee work done anywhere else except within our own shop.
Standard shipping includes a tracking number and insurance coverage. Options for upgraded shipping include signature confirmation and express shipping. If your package is returned back to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or other mailing issue, you will be responsible for any reshipping fees. You will also be responsible for shipping fees to and from our store for any sizing or repairs. Please upgrade to the signature delivery option if your package is being delivered to a location where it may be stolen. After items are delivered, shipping insurance and Sayers Jewelers & Gemologists are no longer responsible for the loss of your item.
We package and ship orders on Monday of each week. Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping on listed items, depending on the item, and up to 6 weeks for any custom piece. We’re a small business with a busy brick-and-mortar storefront, your patience is very much appreciated!
