Frequently Asked Questions

What are your store hours?

Our brick-and-mortar storefront is open from 9:00am to 5:00pm Tuesday through Thursday, 9:00am to 6:00pm on Friday, and 9:00am to 2:00 pm on Saturday. We are closed on Sunday. 

We do have extended hours in November and December, so be sure to follow us on social media for special holiday hours!

Do you buy jewelry?

On occasion, we can buy jewelry for our Estate case or we can buy jewelry on consignment. In most cases, we can buy jewelry for it's gold value. We MUST see the jewelry item in-person to make any decision.

Do you offer engraving?

Yes, we have an engraver on-site who can engrave on a multitude of items. For any item not bought here, we need to see it in-person to determine if it can be engraved. Engraving on items purchased from us is $25, engraving on items purchased elsewhere starts at $35. 

Can you repair jewelry?

Yes, we have a full service repair shop on site. We don't send any jewelry out for repair. If you need a piece repaired, please bring it in -- if you aren't local, please call or email us and we'll decide the best course of action.

Do you resize rings?

Of course! We want everyone to be able to enjoy their jewelry and a ring that doesn't fit is no good! Visit us in-store with your ring and we'll determine the size it needs to be and have it resized for you. Please allow up to two weeks for the resizing to be completed, but it could be done sooner than that. 

Can you replace watch batteries or repair my watch?

We can replace watch batteries and watch bands on-site while you wait. We offer a battery guaranteed for 1 year for $12 or a battery guaranteed for 3 years for $18. If the battery dies within the warranty, bring it back and we'll replace it again at no charge. 

We do not repair watches on site. We send them across town to our watch repairman who can diagnose, estimate, and repair your timepiece. 

Do you take requests for custom jewelry?

Yes, we're always more than willing to take on custom projects. Please visit our Custom Jewelry page for more information.

Online Purchases FAQ

Do you have a storefront I can visit to shop?

We do! We've been an established part of Downtown Smyrna for 74 years before we opened our online shop. Everything you see online is also in our physical store. Stop by and visit us if you're in the area!

What if I ordered the wrong size?

We can resize it for you, no problem! We offer one free resize on every ring we sell, you'll just need to pay the shipping to get it back to us!

How long will my item take to arrive?

We package and ship items on Monday of each week. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery, depending on when you placed the order. Visit our Policies page for more information.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase for store credit. We do not offer cash refunds. Custom jewelry is final sale.
